Khristine Sandwith, Copy Editor

Khristine Sandwith writes various pieces for journalism and stories. She currently works as a copy-editor for the Capital Outlook newspaper. Working for Capital Outlook will be her first experience in journalism and plans working as a writer for future Capital Outlook articles. Her work was published a literary journal for California College of the Arts in 2018, including a poem called “I Remember” and a creative nonfiction piece called “Stuck to My Skin”. In her junior year of high school, she has written pieces for English class, such as magic realism story called “Imprisoned” and biography about rock musician Frank Iero. She also studied creative writing at California College of the Arts from June to July 2018. She attends at Capital High School and expects to graduate in June 2019.
